I was very happy with how Kolb Construction handled a seismic retrofit of my home and helped navigate the FEMA Brace & Bolt rebate program. Gabby was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, ensuring the work was done quickly and thoroughly and my paperwork was processed through the steps of permitting, approval and rebate fully.

Paul Kolb and Gabby and the whole group are REALLY great people to work with. They were easy to reach and called us kept us updated and professionally put up with all the application confusion and stress. They handle many of the application issues so we didn't have to worry about them. They did a REALLY great job on all the installing and construction they were great to have at the house. Il
I'm really glad we chose them to do the work, they came highly recommended they have done a few retrofits for my neighbors and they were all very happy. I definitely recommend them!!!

Kolb Construction did a great job on my EBB work! Paul was the only contractor in my area that even responded to my request for an estimate. He was nice and knowledgeable about the process, and the estimate was reasonable, so I went with them. All of the work was completed and the initial and final approvals were obtained from the EBB quickly and easily. Gabby, the project manager, was very responsive and organized and made sure everything was done and uploaded to the EBB website and approved.

I was very impressed with Paul Kolb and his firm. He was timely and efficient with his bid. Once I decided on him, Paul arrived at my house on time, explained how the process would work, and handle the photography needs. His assistant Gabby was extremely helpful to me throughout the process, following up numerous times with the City during permit process, which takes the longest. She was a great go-to person for me and very personable. Once the permit was approve, West came out and did the work with one assistant. They were both very good at communicating with me and keeping me up to date. I'm very happy with the work the firm did and would recommend them highly.

This was the best experience I've had with a contractor so far. The retrofit work was done immediately and they even help me with other things I needed on the property. Gabby was very knowledgeable about the whole process and helped me stayed on top of my dashboard items so that I could get my grant. I'd definitely recommend them.

Kolb Construction by far had the best price for the EBB retrofit. They handled all of the paperwork and requirements for the EBB state grant (which were quite elaborate and helped me with the part I had to do. I would recommend using Kolb Construction.
